Something Wicked by: Alan Gratz

As the sequel to 'Something Rotten', this one definitley delivers. Horatio explores the Scottish 'Highland Games' and again seems to sniff out something not rotten but wicked. Along comes a scottish girl of Horatio's age who keeps him on his toes all while refusing to wear a kilt. Read and shoot me your thoughts in an email about the end results:) Don't spoil for anyone with comments please!

Something Rotten by: Alan Gratz

What a great book! I have been out of school because it's
been too cold out but I would have stayed up all night to finish it anyway!
I have never read Shakespeare's 'Hamlet' but I am sure this version is way better. It takes place in Denmark, Tennesse; a town that sure does stink of murder, pollution, and rotten love. The book gives you a taste of every genre if you are not sure what type of book you want to read. Mystery, comedy, romance, thriller, a bit of everything. Personally, I think they should make a movie out of if it. I actually laughed in my head in some parts (LOL). If it weren't for page numbers I would never of guessed when (or how) it was going to end. Keeps you hooked and won't let you down. Good thing there is a sequal which is coming up next on YABR.blogsot.com. Can't wait!

Devilish by: Maureen Johnson

It took a long time but I am back to posting--school has just been crazy.

Well Devilish sure is imaginative and sassy. In some scenes I felt like I was back in middle school reading a young young young adult book. This book was fun, bubbly, cute, sweet, sour, and........creative. "Satin" or the "devil", comes alive as a flawless teenager who "frosts up" Ally and Jane's lives completley. After reading Devilish your senior year of high school will probably seem like a piece of cake compared to the trouble Jane has gotten herself into. Read and you will see what I mean ; )
